Freecreditcleaner.com is a law firm working with the FCRA statute to remove inaccuracies from your credit history. The US Congress created this statute to protect your credit and also built in an attorney fee and cost provision for the consumer that forces the bad guys to pay. Our goal is to see that your FICA scores rise and you became eligible for whatever credit purchase the current problems are preventing.

We are not a credit repair company. Credit repair companies charge you money. We have no up front fees or anything like that. We don't want your money, just a chance to help you with your case.

You can hire us to sue the bad guys that put bad stuff on your good credit. We seek any attorney fees from the bad guys that put the inaccuracies on your credit. We also seek money damages for you based on any credit denials, inflated interest rates and emotion or financial stress caused by bad marks on your credit. The greater your problems, the higher potential money damage you can be awarded.

So, contact us to clean up the bad stuff and get you the money damages you deserve. Make the bad guys pay!

 Did you know?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a federal law, was created to help protect the privacy of information in the files and reports that are created by each "consumer reporting agency" (CRA). This information shows whether or not you pay your bills on time, what credit accounts you have open or closed, and your long term payment history. In addition the report provides personal information including social security number, address, phone number and place of employment. If you apply for a credit card, bank or other loan, or seek housing through rental, those you apply to will need to see your report. The FCRA gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under state law.  (more...)
